| | Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels |
| | Pré is waarnemingsbevoegd zijn (dus minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring) |

Voor ons kantoor in ‘s-Hertogenbosch zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven kandidaat-notaris met als aandachtsgebied Estate Planning. Door de snelle groei van onze uitdagende praktijk met regionale, nationale en internationale cliënten, veelal binnen het hogere segment, zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige en enthousiaste nieuwe collega die cliëntgericht en ondernemend is en die zich mee in wil zetten voor de verdere uitbreiding van het kantoor.
### Functieomschrijving
Als Kandidaat-Notaris Estate Planning ga je aan uitdagende dossiers werken op het gebied van Estate Planning voor uiteenlopende cliënten, van familiebedrijven tot multinationals. Er is ruimte om te sparren en te overleggen met collega’s en daarnaast hebben wij persoonlijke begeleiding hoog in het vaandel staan.
**Wat ga je doen**
| | Besprekingen met fiscale en juridische collega's |
| --- | --- |
| | Juridische advisering van cliënten |
| | Zelfstandig werken aan dossiers |
| | Akten en juridische stukken opstellen |
| | Het onderhouden van contact met cliënten en alle andere betrokken partijen |
| | Indien je waarnemingsbevoegd bent, is er ruimte om waar te nemen |
