What will you do?

Taxperience manages the financial administration for a wide range of clients. For these clients, you’ll be their administrator, controller, and CFO all in one. Your role goes beyond bookkeeping, it’s about continuous improvement. You’ll ensure high-quality, efficiently organized, and up-to-date financial administrations, working closely with your team and clients.

What does that mean in practice?

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices, bank transactions, and payroll journal entries;
  • Preparing VAT returns and related reports;
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports as well as year-end closings;
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to optimize and automate financial processes;
  • Sharing your knowledge and insights with team members and clients;
  • Keeping your expertise sharp by participating in training sessions and courses.

What do you bring?

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline (e.g., Finance & Control or Accountancy);
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience with accounting software (Exact Online is a plus) and an affinity for automation;
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • A customer-focused, enthusiastic attitude;
  • A proactive work approach and an eye for process improvement;
  • A responsible team player with a sense of humor and care for colleagues and clients.
