For our office in 's-Hertogenbosch we are looking for a driven candidate notary with focus on Corporate Law. Due to the rapid growth of our challenging practice with regional, national and international clients, mostly in the higher segment, we are looking for an independent and enthusiastic new colleague who is client-focused, entrepreneurial and wants to contribute to the further expansion of our firm.
Job Description
As a Candidate Corporate Notary you will work on challenging files in the field of Corporate Law for a variety of clients, from (smaller) family businesses to multinationals. There is room to brainstorm and consult with colleagues, and we highly value personal guidance.
Discussions with tax and legal colleagues | |
Provide legal advice to clients | |
Work independently on files | |
Drafting deeds and legal documents | |
Maintaining contact with clients and all other parties involved | |
If you are authorized to act as substitute, there is room to do so |
