Our real estate practice primarily focuses on commercial real estate (including new development projects) and assignments from high-net-worth individuals.

Taxperience Notary Services is a young firm, established on January 1, 2022. In daily practice, you will work on challenging cases for a wide range of clients, from family businesses to multinational corporations. There is room to brainstorm and consult with colleagues, even on (international) tax issues, which is actively encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Conducting discussions, sometimes in collaboration with tax and legal colleagues;
- Providing legal advice to clients;
- Working independently on files;
- Drafting deeds and legal documents;
- Maintaining contact with clients and all other involved parties;
- Acting as a substitute when needed.
Profile
- We are looking for both newly qualified candidate notaries and those with several years of relevant experience in notarial practice;
- Focus on Corporate Law;
- Strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
- Communicative, proactive, flexible, and commercial;
- Practical, collegial, and a team player
