In our DGA (director-shareholder) practice, we handle a dynamic portfolio of exciting startups, family businesses, and larger SME players.

As an intern, you can count on excellent guidance from a director or manager and will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Preparing income tax and/or corporate tax returns;
• Maintaining contact with clients and the Dutch Tax Authorities;
• Reviewing tax assessments;
• Drafting objection letters;
• Preparing (loan) agreements;
• Identifying advisory opportunities.
