As Compliance Manager, you are responsible for managing the compliance team and supervising complex tax files, with an emphasis on income tax. You are the point of contact for clients and colleagues, monitor the quality of our services, and actively contribute to the further development of the team. You liaise with colleagues from various disciplines (Tax, Accountancy, Finance) and ensure that our clients comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Your qualities
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in compliance, with a focus on income tax.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience in supervising and coaching colleagues.
- A completed tax training program.
- Team player who enjoys working with different disciplines.
