Your role as manager Human Capital
As Manager Human Capital, you are an indispensable link in our team. Together with the Senior Manager and Partner, you form the backbone of our Human Capital practice. You advise clients and colleagues on complex issues related to tax and social security in the context of employment.
Examples include:
- Sending employees abroad;
- Guiding payroll tax audits;
- Setting up and reviewing (inter)national payroll administrations;
- Designing and implementing management participation schemes.
You play a key role in multidisciplinary projects and carry broad responsibilities, from technical tax advice to business-driven solutions. Additionally, you identify opportunities beyond your immediate expertise and actively contribute to the development of junior colleagues.

You will work for a diverse client base: from large mid-sized companies and multinationals to semi-governmental organizations and foreign employers needing assistance with employee-related matters. Your field of work is vast and challenging, with both national and international dimensions.

What do you bring?
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
- A university degree in tax economics or tax law;
- Strong communication skills and a connecting personality;
- A keen eye for the needs of clients and colleagues.
