For our notary offices in ’s-Hertogenbosch and Waalwijk, we are looking for an accounting colleague. You will primarily be based in ’s-Hertogenbosch and, when needed, work from our office in Waalwijk. Due to the growth of our office and the accompanying accounting challenges, we welcome reinforcements to our team. We are looking for a driven, trustworthy, friendly, and accurate colleague who can take on tasks and projects both independently and as part of a team. Want to help improve our office? Absolutely! Job Description

You will work on tasks such as managing accounts receivable and payable, the third-party funds account, managing escrow and book funds, and much more. You’ll be the go-to person in the office for accounting matters. You’ll coordinate with the office partners to ensure smooth business operations.

What will you be doing

	Managing the cash flow
	Checking invoices and settlements
	Keeping track of estate mutations
	Performing tasks in compliance with GDPR and AML regulations
	Processing bank documents and forwarding them to accounting
	Paying transfer tax to the Tax Authority
