**What to bring**
| | Completed education in secretarial field |

| | At least 2 years of relevant work experience |

| | Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English |
| | Notarial experience is a plus |

For our notary office, we are looking for a Notarial Assistant. We are located in both Waalwijk and ’s-Hertogenbosch. Due to the growth of our office and the associated secretarial challenges, reinforcement of our team at both locations is very welcome.
We are looking for a representative, upright, sociable and accurate colleague who can take on work and projects both in a team and independently. Want to contribute to the improvement of our office? Gladly! We are always open to good ideas.
### Job description
You are the point of contact for clients, both by phone and email. In addition, you are responsible for the agenda management of the (candidate) notaries and you are a facilitator for the entire office. This includes collecting clients from reception and managing the stocks of paper, for example.
**Your role**
| | Preparation of declarations |
| --- | --- |
| | Passing file preparation |
| | WID scanning of customers' identity documents |
| | Creating new clients digitally in our system |
| | Drafting correspondence, such as letters |
| | All other supporting notarial work |
