What to bring
Completed education in business services, secretarial or management support, HRM, MER or another related field to go through | |
You have some work experience, preferably in business services | |
Basic knowledge of HR processes and legislation | |
Experience with Office 365 and preferably also Business Central |

Job description
As HR Support, you’ll work closely with the HR Advisor and play a vital role in the day-to-day HR operations. You are part of an organization that values development, professionalism, and the well-being of its people — and your work has a direct impact on all three.
From preparing employment contracts and processing employee changes to coordinating onboarding and supporting recruitment activities – you ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You know that excellent HR support goes beyond admin: you think ahead, spot opportunities, and take initiative.
Thanks to your proactive attitude and eye for detail, you’re always one step ahead. You understand what people need — often before they even ask. With your hands-on mindset, you help create a workplace where colleagues feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.
Your role
Support the onboarding of new employees and offboarding of departing employees | |
Keeping employment contracts, individual HR documentation and CRM systems up-to-date | |
Acting as the first point of contact | |
Various administrative processes and systems |
