Support Assistant (parttime)

For our office in 's-Hertogenbosch, we are looking for a Support Assistant for 24-32 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible, along with your team, for providing (administrative) support to the employees and guests of Taxperience. Job Description

You thrive in a supportive role and ensure that administrative processes run smoothly with your proactive attitude. You keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. Helping people comes naturally to you, and you are always ready with a solution. You are a true go-getter!

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Managing administrative processes and systems;
  • Maintaining the CRM system (creating new clients, processing updates);
  • Preparing workstations (laptops and phones) for new colleagues;
  • Answering, forwarding, and handling incoming calls;
  • Submitting requests for compliance-related processes (Wwft, DAC6, tax filings, etc.);
  • Co-organizing internal and external Taxperience events;
  • Placing orders (e.g., office supplies, lunches, client gifts);
  • Processing outgoing mail (correct layout, printing, collecting signatures, scanning, and filing in client folders);
  • Ensuring the office's overall representativeness.

Originally a tax consultancy, our services have expanded to include legal and financial advice as well as Interim Solutions. Who are you?

You are communicative, client-focused, and service-oriented. You have some experience with administrative processes and enjoy improving them daily. You pay attention to detail and can switch effortlessly between various guests, colleagues, and tasks. You know how to prioritize, take initiative, and take ownership. You work well both independently and as part of a team. Precision and accuracy are among your strengths.

Additionally, you bring:

  • HBO-level working and thinking skills;
  • At least 5 years of work experience;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Experience with Office 365, and you quickly master new software programs;
  • Experience in compliance is a plus.

What we offer you

  • A 12-month employment contract with the intention of a permanent position;
  • A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,500 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on experience;
  • A laptop and travel allowance;
