Job description

As a Manager Transfer Pricing, you will provide targeted advice to clients on all Transfer Pricing matters. Your expertise will be invaluable in areas such as business process changes, integration following mergers or acquisitions, international expansion, and the development of business and Transfer Pricing models.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tax planning, implementation, and preparation of documentation;
• Advising clients during audits and discussions with tax authorities;
• Leading diverse projects with a multidisciplinary, technically focused, and business-driven approach;
• Identifying tax opportunities beyond your immediate area of expertise to add additional value for clients.

Profile

The ideal candidate has:

• A university degree in tax law, economics, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably gained at a Big 4 firm or in the private sector;
• In-depth knowledge of recent developments, including BEPS, updated Dutch documentation requirements, and EU Commission initiatives;
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage complex projects.
