# Pseudo-eindheffing op fossiele leaseauto’s vanaf 2027: tijd voor herziening wagenparkbeleid?

Op basis van huidige plannen van het kabinet is het de bedoeling dat per 1-1-2027 een extra fiscale last voor werkgevers van toepassing zal worden indien deze vanaf 1-1-2027 nieuw op kenteken gestelde niet-elektrische leaseauto(s) ter beschikking stellen aan personeel. Deze pseudo-eindheffing bedraagt 52% over de bijtelling van de betreffende auto en komt volledig voor rekening van de werkgever. Een eigen bijdrage van de werknemer verlaagt deze heffing niet.
**Wat betekent dit concreet voor de werkgever?**
Stel: een benzineauto heeft een cataloguswaarde van €45.000.
- Bijtelling: 22% × €45.000 = €9.900
- De pseudo-eindheffing bedraagt alsdan : 52% × €9.900 = €5.148 extra per jaar
Deze kosten komen dus bovenop de reguliere loonkosten, leasekosten en vergoedingen. Voor veel werkgevers kan dit aanleiding zijn om het wagenparkbeleid fundamenteel te herzien.
